My son was having pain in his eye and they got us in late in the day. I appreciate them very much.
Everyone was so kind and patient with my 5 year old son. They even let him take a toy into the exam room and made the exam fun for him. We'd previously gone to a "kids" optometrist in OKC and left with a very bad and untrusting feeling. Today's visit was exactly what I'd hoped for and wanted for my son. They made the whole exam extremely fun for him and were patient as he literally tried on every single frame in the kid's section. We highly recommend!
Sadly enough I loved it when I first went for my exam. The staff is amazing. But now, I'm in a bind I'm legally blind. I can't see a person if they are standing a foot in front of me... No glasses or contacts. My exam is current. But they refuse to release my Rx to me so i can overnight my contacts from 1800 contacts. That's 2 kids I can't care for because of them. I paid for my exam. And was told I'd leave with my rx. So much for that. I'm feeling very defeated
I was seen at Eye Care of Western Oklahoma this afternoon. Everyone was very kind and compassionate. Really good experience. I was very impressed. Thank yo!
