First time customer, great experience! The gals in the office were very nice and helpful, exam by Dr. was thorough. I purchased a new pair of glasses and updated my old prescription glasses with new rx. The best part, I can see again, especially with night driving. Thank you so much!
Waiting for my son’s glasses still. We have insurance and when my son went in (he’s 17h they unsold him with all these options even though I mentioned to the office to please not do that. I even told them we had a bad experience with that at another dr’s office because we have excellent insurance and they charged us 200 for 2 glasses (but they were good glasses). This office charged approx 350. For 1 pair of glasses and that was after they charged insurance! And we are still waiting for the glasses even though we were told t... read more
