I had an extremely disappointing experience with this optometrist. I ordered my glasses over four weeks ago and received no updates, no follow-up, and absolutely no respect for my time as a customer. I tried contacting them several times and they never bothered to call me and update about the situation. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility here is shocking. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had with any business
I stopped in today to get my glasses adjusted and they did a great job. The best part was the atmosphere - they were friendly and made jokes and you could tell the people enjoy working there. Will definitely be back!
It's always a pleasure coming here. The staff is friendly, and Dr. Joe is fantastic. I'm very happy here, and so is my family.
Probably the worst experience I've had getting glasses. 1st set they messed up and didn't say anything for a year, 2nd set the frame was to tight, they kept adjusting them rather than repla ing with correct fitment, then after the 30 days said I had to buy another set. Never going back there again
I’m a workers comp patient that needed special lenses to help lessen migraine headaches they told me they wouldn’t sell them to me because comp doesn’t reimburse them enough money and I couldn’t pay the difference out of pocket
