I’m a workers comp patient that needed special lenses to help lessen migraine headaches they told me they wouldn’t sell them to me because comp doesn’t reimburse them enough money and I couldn’t pay the difference out of pocket
I’m so disappointed in the practice. I have been a patient of Dr. Levinson — and Dr. Becker while he was away at the Syracuse and Cazenovia locations. The Doctors here are exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. No complaints about them. However, the staff at both practices have been awful to deal with for the past 23 years. The receptionists I’ve dealt with are routinely rude, short with you, and unhelpful on the phone or during visits. Saw Dr. Joe today for the 1st time. Was a great experience all around. Reception staff was very friendly and welcoming, eye assistant was very helpful and explained everything to me when I had questions, and Dr. Joe was great. He was extremely personable, addressed all of my concerns, and helped guide me to what would work best for me. Thank You!
Unprofessional, dreary and snarky attitude on the phone, as a business professional and business owner I thought I’ll let you know about the receptionist. Told me to “ have fun” after I politely declined the booking date in a demeaning tone.
1 star why?? Simple.. I called to set an eye exam appointment lady picks up asked me if I can hold for a moment. I said sure. 20 mins later I hung up. Called back and I hear a message that they are closed and are out to lunch. That is just absolutely rude disrespectful had I not hung up I would be on hold for over an hour. Not going to give them my business.
