I’m so disappointed in the practice. I have been a patient of Dr. Levinson — and Dr. Becker while he was away at the Syracuse and Cazenovia locations. The Doctors here are exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. No complaints about them. However, the staff at both practices have been awful to deal with for the past 23 years. It is not the first time that I have had to call multiple times to get an order placed or make an appointment. This time, I am almost out of contacts and I call and ask to be called back and nothing, so I call again and nothing, even though I was told they would give Kathy my message. I am so done with this place. Give me my Rx and I am gone.

My family has been with Dr. Levinson for close to 20 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring; however, expect to be in his waiting room for 45 to 90 minutes or more waiting for an appointment. This is an ongoing issue and because of this we are choosing to leave his practice. Breaks my heart!
