Dr. Ford is not your typical doctor. I have had many doctors and worked with many on oral surgeons over the past 10 years and I can say without hesitation that Dr. Ford is as good as they get. Not only is he incredibly brilliant, efficient, thorough, and in every other way with regards to his knowledge of the eyes, outstanding, but he does things most doctors don’t. RecommendedVery friendly and professional staff. Dr. Ford was very patient with me (sometimes I have a hard time telling which setting is better). He made me feel very comfortable. The office staff was great, and they even adjusted and cleaned my current glasses! If you have VSP, this is THE place to go!

Friendly, thorough, helpful, quick process. I was really pleased with my experience.
Everyone is very nice here. Dr. Ford took his time with my eye exam and didn't rush me in and out. The girl who helped me picking out frames was patient and very helpful. I liked them so much I made my husband an appointment and he liked them too. I got my glasses today and am very happy with them.

Each time I visit I’m treated as an important person! I am served fresh hot coffee and settle into a comfortable chair. I’m escorted to and from the front desk by my doctor or one of his kind assistants. I’m very happy with my progress, and looking forward to even more years of personal attention in the future!
Dr. Howell is amazing and very caring.
Highly recommended!!! Especially with small children! Had our annual visit today and my 4 yr old had some anxiety, the assistant was so patient with my daughter and even took her to get a snack!!!! Thank you, to the entire office staff for going out of your way to calm a very scared 4 yr old!
