I was a new patient in for an eye exam. Dr Santos is very warm, kind, and easy to talk to. I would definitely refer anyone to her.
Dr.Santos is wonderful. She was my eye doctor for years until my insurance changed but during my entire time under her care I found her receptionist to be the most inconsiderate, rude and condescending person I had ever been in contact with. When my insurance finally changed to one she does accept I was thwarted in my attempts to get an appointment, by her receptionist. Dr. Santos is the best doctor I've ever had. She really shows she cares and takes her time with your exam. I am always comfortable and at ease with her taking care of my eyes. So soft spoken and genuine. I really hope she doesn't retire any time soon, as I, and many others, would be devastated!
I had been going to Dr Santos for years. She and her staff are extremly competant and friendly. Unfortunately my insurance changed and I can no longer go to her. I am upset to say the least.
