RIP OFF! DO NOT GO THERE! VIDIA OR LYDIA (whatever her name is) IS A CROOK! The Dr. was an older gentleman who seemed a bit lost for words during the exam but he was very nice! Eyecare express will never again get my services. MAKE SURE YOU GET A BREAK DOWN OF EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE THERE! I am so angry right now.... I could go on and on! JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! PERIOD!
I just went here today. The lady who worked the front named “Lydia” is a crook. I continually told her that my insurance covered eye exams and she nastily refutted my claim. I told her to check my benefits when I came in in 2014 I didn’t pay using the same benefits. She kept refusing to check telling me I had out of pocket cost for the exam. As it turns out it was easily verified through my insurance that the copay is $0. I called and verified it myself. How many people have been double charged? Crooks.

1st time i went in, receptionist didnt even greet or ask to help me, she just stared. About 5 ft 5 inches, african decent. still made appt n went Caucasian man helped me. Indian Dr that did exam didnt seem to understand english very well. Gave benefit of doubt. When picking up glasses, nightmare experience. Caucasian man that helped me seemed to have changed glasses. Same receptionist again, no greeting, was talking to me n answering phone at same time, then extremely rude n disrespectful with no customer service skills did ... read more
I've been going to this place for 20 years and have never had a single issue or complaint. In fact, it is because of their excellent service that i have not switched over to 1800-contacts or to anywhere else.
