This is the worst experience I’ve had with them. Came to pick up my glasses from a quick fix and my old lenses were scratched, as if someone pressed down on the them. The manager (Val?) who was doing the fixing adamantly denies scratching them and instead aggressively blamed me for bringing in “already scratched” glasses. She said she will not admit to scratching them because she doesn’t want to pay for the new lenses. Understanding but suspicious. Quick and very thorough. Originally set up an appointment for my stepson. They ended up seeing my whole family I am very pleased with the service. Staff are very friendly.

My appointment was on time and quick, the lady at the desk and the doctor were very nice people as well, I have no complaints. If you’re going to an eye doctor in Randolph I’d definitely recommend this place.

Gave this a 1 star as I can recall how I was racially discriminated by the asian receptionist at the time of my first visit. I had Harvard pilgrim at the time working at a good paying job. I pointed at the gucci glasses that I wanted then she was trying to have me get the masshealth ones as if I couldn’t afford the nicer glasses. Never felt so insulted. But I got my glasses though. They lost my business.
