First, the doctor/exam and initial sales get 5 stars. The after-the-sale experience 1 star. Short version: Took a month to get lenses that were supposed to take 2 weeks; problem getting return phone calls; no one seems to know what is actually going on. I love Dr. Colpitt! Over half of the company I work for goes to see her, and we've all had such a great experience.
I highly recommend Dr. Ivan Grupe. He has helped me tremendously for years and years, always very patient, always willing to let me try several different contact lens until we get the best fit--which is not easy since I am now older and need bifocal contacts.

After I moved, I tried another Optometrist that was closer to home. I had clearly been spoiled. I'm now more than happy to drive out of my way to stick with Vision Source. The state-of-the-art equipment makes me confident that any potential issues will identified immediately, and the people just couldn't be nicer. I never feel like I'm being rushed along, and the opticians go above and beyond, to help me find the perfect pair of frames. Very highly recommend them!
