Worst place I ever went, the eye exam was the only thing that went right. After the exam I picked the frames and the lady said it would be two weeks, Well here I am a month later and still no glasses. And when I called I was given the same run around, they will be here next Wednesday, and we are on the following Thursday still no glasses, I said send me my prescription and I will get them somewhere where they know what they are doing
Worst decision I ever made going to this place. Did the exam and then ordered glasses and was told that it would be 2 weeks. And here it is over a month now and they still haven't arrived, and then they wonder why I get upset. And when I last spoke to them they still couldn't tell me when they would arrive. Canceled the glasses and will go to America's best where they know what they are doing.
