What a sorry waste of time. I made an appointment here because I work at the mall, and it SEEMED convenient. I had an appointment for 12PM, and I was led to the waiting room by a nice woman. That's where it all went downhill. There was only one other woman in there waiting to be seen. I filled out the forms and about ten minutes later, the woman who had been waiting before me was admitted. The receptionist was whispering/gossiping with a male in the hallway. HORRIBLE! Absolutely AVOID this center at all COSTS!! We transferred a prescription to this center and upon re-ordering it, found that our file had been lost. The "so-called, self-proclaimed" owner/manager could not have been more rude when I explained that I no longer had a copy of the prescription. After all, that's why he filed it. He was totally unconcerned with the fact that medical files, supposedly filed alphabetically, had been lost. Great Advice When I found out I needed a special type of bifocal lens, I went to this store to see if they offered a wider selection of frames that these lenses would fit into. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable, and had much better and more accurate advice than the staff at another store, where I had my exam done. The price was expensive, but no different than it would be in any other place. Overall, I had a great experience there, and the woman was willing and able to answer all the questions that I had.
great service, price I did find our salesperson was really nice and eager to inform us. I came in looking for sunglasses (I'm genetically photophobic) and ended up picking just the cutest frames and ordering special lenses for my terrible reaction to light (as suggested by our salesperson). I've been to several doctors several times looking for a simple treatment for my photophobia and all I ever got was a bunch of pills and some lame advise. friendly staff, rude optician while folks here have already mentioned the friendly and helpful salespeople, as well as the high prices, I would like to add that the optometrist was very rude to me and impatient on my first visit. I initially brushed it off as that maybe he was just having a bad day, but when I went back for my follow-up, he was even worse. I disrecommend this place, you can get an equally poor level of service at a wal mart and only waste half as much money on it.
great frames they have a great selection of designers and non designer frames for 39.95. very helpfull and knoledgeble opticians. Good customer service. Great designer name from Dior, Praha, gucci, d&g ect.
So friendly I wish I could've shopped there! As at least one other reviewer mentioned, the people who staff this business are really nice (and knowledgeable, too). I stopped in to try on some frames and had a great experience, but while I don't think they're any more expensive than any other retail eyeglass store, I just can't justify paying $289 for designer frames that I can get online for $126. Excellent if you want designer glasses Yes, they're expensive, but they're great if you're looking for designer glasses. The people are also friendly. If price is a concern, not all their frames are expensive, and their lenses cost the same as everyone else, but you'll find a wider selection of cheaper frames at other places.
