Unfortunately, our appointment with Dr. Curtis did not go well. He was somewhat condescending and dismissive as he conducted the exam for my 8 year old daughter. He entered the room with the assumption she was lying in order to get glasses. He basically called my daughter a liar to my face while she was in the room. I told him that she could not see the screen at church - she could not read the worship lyrics - it was blurry to her. As a new patient the receptionist was very friendly over the phone. From the time I walked in til the time I left everyone was very friendly. Kate was very friendly and Dr Curtis was nice and both were very thorough. Even though I couldn’t find a pair of glasses to my liking the lady was nice and understanding. I’m glad I found this eye care location.
Staff is friendly, doctors great, location and hours are convenient. I don't know if the opticians are commission based, but over the years had a sense of upselling.
I’m 6 months pregnant and one of the associates asked if she could help me get up from my chair that was very kind of her and was so sweet for her to ask. They scheduled me pretty fast even though I’m a new patient they offer Fast service, out of this world friendly staff, and informative doctors. Please choose this place for your eye care!!! Thank you so much for taking care of me.
