Their customer service is a little rude. They left you unattended when they are not having it. They do not try to understand what and why the customer is showing concern and asking questions.

Went and got my brows done with my daughter and I asked them to only clean my brows up and the lady took so much off. My brows are small and very uneven. I’m so upset I have an event I have to cancel now for this reason. If I could give negative stars I would
They redip the wax stick when they have a whole bin of them to use so that’s gross but she does a nice job with waxing your brows i just think that’s nasty
