I recently visited for a facial and was very impressed with Preet’s work. She did a fantastic job — very patient, professional, and thorough. I truly appreciated her care and attention. However, my experience with the owner was disappointing. I specifically requested an express facial due to time constraints, which should have taken about 30 minutes. Service was good but the lady over there didn’t ask me my specific needs & she was so unwelcoming and rude! She needs to learn what is customer service.
