Ditto on all low-0 star ratings, many seem to have that in common OMG that has been my experience too! Simply Terrible, staff were nice, but doctor professionalism level just isn't there, her skill and manners are robotic as can be. Also equipment is highly out dated, which tends to make me wonder after all her years you'd think she'd want to upgrade equipment for sake of clients a d or vision accuracy, I kno she had mine incorrect but didn't seem to care, which signifies her job just pays the bills. This is the first time I used this optometrist... And of course I was apprehensive. The glasses I received weren't exactly what I wanted, however they were insistent return them and let them give me what I initially hoped for. These now are the best glasses I've ever had. My favorite glasses were ones that were done several years ago but we're not correct optically although the gradient tint perfect. These new glasses from Eye World are now my favorite. These are the people from now on that I will go to when ordering my glas... read more
if there was zero i would do it they gave me a bad pair of glasses that were fragile don’t recommend it
Had to basically force them to give me the proper eye test that I needed to be given due to an eye issue. I told her whats wrong and she told me nothings wrong. Tf!? Then after all that, it was the wrong prescription according to my second opinion the following day. Not just slightly, it was way off. Went back and canceled the glasses she asked me to order and she didn't even come out to apologize or ask what happened. Just poor service and outdated gear.
