I’ve recently attended Eye tech Mt Gravatt for an eye surgery. The whole experience was very positive from start to finish and every single staff member made me feel welcome. I could really relax knowing that I was in good hands. The care and attention was superb.
A very pleasant experience on two occasions. Staff professional and friendly and make the patient feel comfortable with what can be confronting surgery.
Excellent and very professional service that I was pleasantly impressed. Though it was only a cataract surgery - they treated it like any normal surgery with utmost care. Dr Hann and his staff were simply amazing. There was a small delay with my second eye surgery due to some complications with an earlier patient - for which every staff I came across apologised for it including the post surgery staff the next day.
