I had my cataract surgery done here about 3 years ago. It was amazing. One eye was done first then a year later I had the other eye done. Dr. McMillan was fantastic. Eyes were almost exactly the same. Great vision! Yesterday I had what's called a YAG laser procedure done to remove some "fuzz" that is normal a few years down the road. Not for the facility itself, but one of the drivers came through our gas station and was incredibly rude and hostile towards me while I was trying to help him get a receipt. Older man.
Do not use this office. I came in for an appointment today regarding a spots around my eye. They tried to get me to do an eye exam which is something I do not need. I explained that I was not there to get a vision check but to figure out if surgery was needed to correct spots around my eyes (cosmetic reasons). The lady explained that the eye exam would be billed to my insurance and I explained my deductible has not been met and I’d definitely be paying for something I did not need.
