Young lady who did my eye tests to see if I could actually see was very pleasant and even got on the floor to find my contact plunger when i dropped it under the chair. I would have done it but MY CONTACT WAS OUT and I would still be there trying to get back up. It was very sad when she shuffled me off to Dr Bohm's waiting room. The receptionist that checked me in reviewed the charges using my Medicare versus VSP (my vision insurance) to make sure which program worked best for me. The wait time in the lobby was less than 10 minutes. The longest wait was 20 minutes for my eyes to get fully dilated. The Doctor and his staff were very friendly and informative. The entire visit took less than an hour.

Everyone I seen in the office was friendly. I wasn't seen until 15 minutes after my appointment, which was somewhat acceptable. Dr. Boehm was very professional, thorough, and explained everything thoroughly.
