Worst customer service ever! After waiting almost an hour to get my 4 yr old son's lenses fixed because they got his prescription wrong the first time, we were treated very rudely and told our insurance wouldn't cover it after we were told by Dr. Frederick that it would be covered. I will never return. Oh and by the way America's Best replaced my son's lenses for free after they heard about the horibble service we got.

It’s our policy that we remake lenses for doctor prescription changes for glasses purchased in our optical department. An ESA manager will be contacting you to discuss your concerns.
I always have the nicest experience here the reception’s are always nice and my eye Dr is always nice
