These folks are great. Very organized, professional and caring. Top notch all the way. I would highly recommend them. I can see clearly now!
Very polite,organized and thorough staff! This is one of the few health care establishments that I would recommend. They have an answer for any obstacle or problem that you have; providing transportation and or over night stay, a waiting area with good for your family member and s comfortable environment! ... And No long waits between appointments!
Friendly employees. Everyone efficient. Everything ran smoothly. I was uncomfortable being brought up where surgeries were happening. I feel patients should be blocked better. Flow of traffic was too much and heavy in that area where surgeries were being performed.
A 1* is too much. Although the doctor was terrific. My experience with their account department has been HORRID. A full six months after my surgery they sent me a bill for additional monies not collected after my insurance had paid. They had contacted my insurance agency to determine my "estimate" of out of pocket expense prior to my surgery. Yet. that "estimate" was evidently short by 37%. That to me is absurd
