I recently visited this eye doctor with my 7 year old son, and we both had a great experience. The doctor was not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. He put both me and my son at ease, explaining everything in a clear and gentle manner. Highly recommend
My eye exam resulted in the incorrect prescription. Had to ask to be evaluated again and just assessed to be at my previous prescription. My contacts have been blurry and I was stuck with 2 years worth of contacts that were not the appropriate prescription. Have to deal with them until they are completed since they didn’t exchange. This exchange was requested at time of issue and no one offered this. This was communicated on the call and also was told a person would return my call regarding this matter and never did.
