I love Dr. HENDERSON. Have used her for several years.... However some o the staff could use some training on people skills! Will NEVER go back!

I love this place. Always extra friendly. I have been going here since 2012 and have never had a bad experience. Took my 13 yr old son yesterday. He told me about talking about video games with the assist. He really liked it as well.

Took my Mom to get her annual check up. We found out that she has cataracts. But what I respect the most is the fact that they didn't recommend to buy new glasses since it won't really help see better. Gave us great advice. Put us at ease with the surgery procedure. I'm confident my Mom will be able to see clearly after the surgery. Thank you Eye Site! Greatly appreciate it.
Everyone in Facebook land, do not EVER use EYESITE in Katy. They are completely incompetent and they have extremely poor customer service. It has now been a month and my STILL doesn't have his glasses that we paid for out of pocket, exams and all!! All we keep getting is the run around and I'm completely done with them!! I'm seriously thinking about filing a complaint with the BBB!!
