I recently ordered new contact lenses, expecting a 3-5 day delivery. When I hadn't heard anything for a few weeks, several phone call attempts during normal business hours were not answered. I finally went in to the business, and they told me that I had been notified via text message. I never received any text message. You might think they would realize my items had been sitting for quite awhile and perhaps they might want to "notify" me again. #PoorCustomerService
My family has been using Eyesite for years. They have always gone above and beyond with my son, who has a high prescription. Great referrals to specialists that he needs to see.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. Will recommend everyone to come here!
