Amazing service! I had a very difficult timeline to deal with, and they handled it perfectly. No stress, no disrespect, just straight up talk and see what was the best they could do for me. Highly recommend.
The exam was complete especially since we required non routine follow ups for on going issues. We had an issue with our insurance which they personally called me to resolve, showing their dedicaton to resolving complicated issues and customer service. If you need non-routine medical follow up or diagnosis, this is a good office to go to.
The doctors was great to work with. He was very thorough and friendly. I had to leave this practice because the personnel selling the glasses were rude and unprofessional. Had it not been for their poor customer service I would have continued to visit the Bethesda office but the poor customer service made it unbearable. I switched providers and Im happy I made the change.

Eye Rx has been amazing with my 2 year old. They new exactly how to fit glasses to his face and find a color and shape that looked amazing. They are so kind and friendly to kids and helpful with me. The team is exceptional! I drive all the way across the city to see them because they are so great
