Eye Rx has been amazing with my 2 year old. They new exactly how to fit glasses to his face and find a color and shape that looked amazing. They are so kind and friendly to kids and helpful with me. The team is exceptional! I drive all the way across the city to see them because they are so great
I recently saw Dr. Hong and he is fantastic and highly recommend him to anyone. I didn't need the follow-up exam and this past Monday I received a text reminding me of the appointment and there was no option to cancel [???] or reschedule so I replied with my DOB and wrote that I was cancelling the appointment. I've been going to Dr. Lobaugh for 10+ years. He's fantastic! I can't say enough good things about him. He always makes me feel so comfortable. I followed him from his previous practice a number of years ago. I also love the staff at Eye Rx. Brianda is amazing!! So easy to deal with. She helped me pick out my glasses, giving me honest, no-pressure advice. She is super-knowledgeable about insurance.
