Shady. Unprofessional. Negligent! This is the WORSE experience I've had EVER and I've been wearing glasses my whole life. From getting my glasses to dealing with their incompetence a year later with my insurance. The "office manager" was extremely rude when I enquired about the charges on my receipt which BTW is sooo confusing. Even my insurance didn't understand it. Erica is informed, knowledgeable and always so helpful. I love going to this location because they remember me and all my funky tastes.
I had the same issue that others did, where they charge the visit to your health insurance instead of your vision plan. They also charged me for a contact fitting that I did not request. I had told the first staff member that I don't often wear contacts, and I use rigid lens (not the permeable ones that I was tested for). I have switched to a different eye doctor and hopefully this review warns others about these type of upcharging practices.
