Shady. Unprofessional. Negligent! This is the WORSE experience I've had EVER and I've been wearing glasses my whole life. From getting my glasses to dealing with their incompetence a year later with my insurance. The "office manager" was extremely rude when I enquired about the charges on my receipt which BTW is sooo confusing. Even my insurance didn't understand it.
