Appointment availability for contact lens checks are terrible and you will end up wasting $75 for the fitting and leaving without a prescription. This is after I expressed concern over the time limitation in regards to appointments.... I had an appointment made at the wrong location only to show up and have to drive across town. They are great if you just want glasses or just an eye check but I don’t particularly like to throw money out the window without leaving with the promised product.

The length of wait before procedure, the continual wait after procedure , and the fact that they pack there waiting room to the point it is uncomfortable and unhealthy.

Except for a few long wait times the care I have received has been excellent from the receptionist to the doctors.
It was my first surgery there. Everyone there were wonderful. Very respectful and took their time in explaining things. I have to admit I was a little nervous but after the first surgery I know my next one coming up I will be in good hands.

I have been going to Eye-q and it’s predecessor Vision Care Center for about 25 years (since I was a child!) and most likely will not being going back next year. My recent appointments always end with confusion and frustration. Most recently, I have been trying to get new glasses and contacts since the beginning of April. Now, my eyes are rather complicated, so I do not blame the Dr at all for needing to tweak the prescriptions.
