Really fast easy really happy
Been going here for a while. Love Saturday appointments. I felt very safe. Staff are taking temps and screening at the door. Not too many people so social distancing is no problem. The appt from start to after ordering new glasses was about an hour and a half. Not bad considering they were closed for 3 months and have so many new protocols. Staff were friendly and professional.

There were new procedures due to COVID which I had no problem with. I would like to see them continued after the pandemic. My eyes were tested, dilated and examined all in one room, no going to the waiting areas in between and I was done within an hour.

Unless you have an extra 3+ hours to spare for a routine eye exam, I do not recommend Eye-Q. The waiting rooms are full, the parking lot is full and they’re short staffed according to the employees. Maybe try not overbooking, double booking or whatever it is your employees are doing. You could go to a smaller establishment and not wait around all day to be seen. I will definitely be looking for somewhere less busier for my upcoming routine eye care needs.
