Dr. Stephanie Krok and her team are the utmost professionals and have wonderful customer service. Dr. Krok is sharp, meticulous and very pleasant to work with. And her team exudes her customer service values. Today Aaron helped adjust two pair of my frames and spent an additional 15 minutes with me getting them to fit perfectly and explaining the best way for me to care for my lenses and the types of optic materials that would best suit my vision and habits. I’ve been going to Dr. Noel Krok for years. He is very thorough in his exams and Eye Q staff are very professional and personable. I love the choices of glasses. I would highly recommend Eye Q and during this time of COVID19 they are very diligent in having a sterile environment.

I’ve been coming here for at least 10 years and love the whole EyeQ team. Doctors, front desk, admin are all so helpful. David has helped pick out my frames, and I always get compliments on my glasses. He knows the inventory, my narrow face and what the perfect frame will be. This is such a wonderful local group, I encourage anyone who needs help with prescription or even non Rx glasses to come here. Such a helpful crew and great selection of frames!
