Front desk employee was awesome very professional ,courteous , and helpful . The older nurse that took me to the back room could definitely use customer service training she seemed unconcerned or not interested in anything except the insurance payment. After meeting the doctor I could see where the nurse professionalism comes from ! He seemed to be rushing the procedure , i think he thought he was pulling teeth, left blood on my shirt had to tell him my eyelid was still bleeding eye drained 3 wk
I want to express my complete satisfaction with my experience with Dr. Mazow and his staff. I had a lower Blepharoplasty performed one month ago, and I would highly recommend Doctor Mazow to anyone considering this procedure. Also, at the same time of this procedure, I had both of my tear ducts unblocked by the insertion of stents. Those stents were removed today, and I am completely satisfied with the results. His staff are all very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the surgery on my eyes performed by Dr. Mazow. He is an excellent doctor and surgeon and I highly recommend him. I was also very pleased with the staff in his office, the anesthesiologist and the surgical center where my procedure was done.

I was diagnosed with a basal cell cancer as close to the corner of my right eye as you could get, next to the bridge of my nose. Dr. Mazow did the reconstruction after the Mohs was performed by another specialist. He listened to my many questions leading up to the surgery. Dr. Mazow is an expert at analyzing how to 'close up' the wound left by the removal of the basal cell. I'm amazed at the reconstruction. It's been a year and nobody can believe the before/after pics of my surgery w/Dr. Mazow.
I have had falcial palsy for 3 months (thought was Bell's palsy but wasn't). My left eyelid would not close and I was miserable. Dr. Mazow performed eyelid surgery today and I had instant relief. Has made my life 100% better. He, his anesthesiolosit, his nurses and staff were kind, compassionate, professional, knowledgable and caring. The entire experience was with little stress and done quickly. He even came in to do the procedure the afternoon prior to the Thanksgiving holiday for me.
Dr mazow performed orbital fracture repair surgery on my and did an awesome job! He was the only doctor out of 5 I was seeing to try to fix this problem, I'm glad I was referred to dr.mazow and I recommend him to anyone!
