Like other people have said in their comments, the optic shop lady was rude. But we tolerated her because of the opthalmologists. Dr. Bacal and Dr. Fish are both pretty cool. The last straw on the camel's back fell on this year's visits. We have the same vision insurance for years, yet they didn't tell us till we arrived to the office, that they no longer took UHC vision plan (Spectera). My wife needed her glasses repaired and we met Maria who was kind, compassionate and did an incredible job repairing her glasses. We will be returning for future repairs and exams because of her.
The doctors i have seen have been pleasant and professional. No complaints there. I called the office the other day and told the receptionist that because my eyes have been bothering me (strain and headaches), i thought i needed to be seen sooner than the appointment i already had scheduled two and a half months hence. She told me i probably needed new glasses and she would give me an appointment with the optician. I replied that i needed an eye exam with the doctor first to see if my prescription had changed. I was exceptionally pleased with the results with just the right eye that l couldn’t wait until l had the left done, now l am seeing better than l have in years. The surgery team was also top notch Was also top-notch l recommend going to Milford and Orange office. Thanks Dr Lawson you gave my independence back.
I would recommend Dr. Lawson to anyone who is having cataract surgery. He is a compassionate and competent doctor. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed with my appointments . He explains all the different type of lenses that are available and takes the time to suggest what type of lenses that would give you the best vision. My Vision improved so much that I only need glasses for reading. And I get them at a drug store! I'm very happy with my new vision
