The staff tend to be friendly and helpful so long as you aren't dealing with the actual glasses store part of the business, wherein the focus is clearly sales and no understanding of how to do anything else. They did at one point severely damage the vision of a relative, but that sort of thing could be called an unfortunate risk of such a business. The receptionist was rude and the dr l had was not particularly interested in listening and answering questions.
All was exceptionally great. From The exam to the surgery. Dr. Faridi is the best and all the eye nurses are all very friendly and explain everything that’s going on. Dr. Fairfield explains what’s happening during surgery which is wonderfull and very relaxing about the whole thing. In a nutshell. WONDERFULL EXPERIENCE
