Great staff. Will recommend the eye guys to all. professional and waiting time to be seen. 10 min or less.
I have to say the process is worth it. The doctors are great and personable. He even called me late Friday night to check in me to insure everything was going good. I did my post op this morning and I'm already at 20/20 and he side it can still get better over the next 5 days as my eyes heal.
The following is my opinion based on my personal experience with the “Eye Guy’s”. It appears the “Eye Guys” have made great efforts designing their practice to be extremely efficient and profitable. But in the process they ignore patients’ preferences. If you choose the Eye Guys, expect to see a multitude of staff having various but different functions, much like a factory. I can't say enough about the the Lasik center! Dr. Ryan Smith was so professional and explained every step of the procedure. His staff was so helpful and encouraging. I'm so happy with my results and urge anyone who's considering Lasik to contact their office or go to their website and watch the procedure on video. Thanks again to everyone at the Eye Guys for making things crystal clear again! Pam Wheatley
My husband had his sx yesterday. And for the first time in his life he was able to see 20/20 without glasses or contacts. He's still healing and we look forward to his check up in a year.
I was so nervous to take the leap to get Lasik, but with tons of prayers and the amazing people at the Eye Guys, I had such an awesome experience! A special thank you to Dr. Smith, Sherrie, Heather, Carrie, Megan, and Jennifer. I would recommend it for anyone like me that has had issues with contact overwear! Go see Dr. Smith! :)
