We absolutely adore Dr. Weeks, but the billing/office side of this practice is awful. We have been going here for years and so when we received a suddenly very high bill we had to call the third party billing office who was *awful* and they sent us back to the practice to get answers. When you try to get through billing, they send you back to the third party. I finally found a direct billing number and called it and left a message, only for no one to call me back. We were referred to EyePhysicians and Surgeons in Dunwoody by our PCP. Over all our first visit was positive. Shilpa was great with our son—super patient, kind, and really took the time to make sure he felt at ease during the visit. She explained everything clearly, which helped him feel confident since he was nervous. Dr. Patel was also excellent—very professional and kind!
It was an awesome experience. We had all what we need from a specialist: time, attention, kindness and explanations. My mom was assisted by Shilpa who offered her an outstanding attention. Definitively I highly recommend this place.
My daughter went to her Pediatrician in which she was recommended by her doctor to be seen by an Ophthalmologist. I called this place, which I was told she needs a referral to go here. I did my part by calling my daughter’s doctor/ nurse to send that information over. The lady on the phone then goes “well even if you do get that information sent, it’ll take 2-3 weeks to get approved by our doctor, I recommend you call - “Dr.Peggy Sinkoe” which happens to be a Optometrist. Received glasses here for my youngest child. Great and easy process involving a young lady named Tiyesha, wonderful person! However their front desk lady could use some customer service etiquette training.
