This eye clinic making money in dishonest way. It was annual eye exam but Dr. S. coded as medical visiting to make money. It is definitely wrong. Even Dr. S. didn't check my eye at all. Technician checked my eyes then the technician left from the exam room. Dr. S. came to the exam room and said to me "your eye exam is done, do you have any questions?" shilpa is a very calm and caring person and she makes sure everything is okay before she leaves.
We absolutely adore Dr. Weeks, but the billing/office side of this practice is awful. We have been going here for years and so when we received a suddenly very high bill we had to call the third party billing office who was *awful* and they sent us back to the practice to get answers. When you try to get through billing, they send you back to the third party. I finally found a direct billing number and called it and left a message, only for no one to call me back.
