Dr. Tate and family are always friendly and provide excellent service every time I visit his office.
I selected Eye On The Ball Vision Clinic because it accepted Medicare. The staff was friendly but they requested a follow-up visit (additional $55.) which is not required. Additionally, I received only $61 of contacts instead of $100 that Medicare provides as their service. I questioned them about the two packs of 6 contacts (2 week extended wear) and ask for the third box. The contact lens staff person told me that the two boxes were a years supply.
