My son has been going here for years. They are by far the best eye doctor clinic I've ever been to. Only clinic I trust for my son's eye care.
I moved into Zachary after Hurricane Katrina. Dr. Tate was the first and only doctor I have seen since. His staff is very professional as well as Dr. Tate. I will be a lifelong client. Thanks to Eye on the Ball I can see clearly now the blurriness is gone.
The staff and optometrist were very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable!
My son had an eye exam and purchased new glasses. One of the lenses was broken upon receipt so a new pair had to be ordered. Since my son lives overseas they were to mail the new glasses to him. Months later still no glasses. Based on discussion with Eye on the Ball they just dropped the new glasses into US mail, no overseas postage, no tracking number, etc. I gave them 1 star only because I couldn't give them no star!
Friendly customer service and there was a misunderstanding that was addressed by Dr. Tate that resolved an earlier concern. I am satisfied with this vision clinic and would recommend it to others.
