My wife and I were customers at Eye On Broad in Sumter SC for over 25 years. Dr. Scheele was and is a nice guy, great Ophthalmologist. It was a pleasant experience when we visited his practice. The staff was professional and pleasant. They always treated the customers well and went to great lengths to make sure we left happy. Since Dr, Scheele sold the practice the service has gone downhill. Prices have gone up and service has gone down. The billing department is also a mess. They can't get anything right.
