Dr. Deem, is wonderful. I gave it a 3 because we had to wait over an hr to be seen and once we were back in the room it was another hr wait. I understand that doctors fall ill and then need to rescheduled their patients. I was not a reschedule. I was on time if not early, but still had to wait for almost 2 hrs. That's unacceptable. I was the first one in and the last one to be seen. Not okay. In the future, if we are not seen after 15 minutes I will be walking out.
Dr. Deem is great but to make a child wait an hour to be seen is not good for them being the only eye doctor around for kids they need some things in the lobby for kids especially if they are to make kids wait so long to be seen..
