Every time my family or I have had to endure the pain of waiting an extensive amount of time. Being that this is one of the only pediatric optometrists in the area, they should know waiting an hour for a ten min appt for a toddler is crazy. If I had other options I’d certainly entertain them.
My mom is a patient of Dr Deem and he is AMAZING! Their entire staff is patient, kind, helpful, understanding... Just phenomenal! I honestly can't say enough good things about them. My mom has been in tears (HAPPY tears) because of their kindness and Dr Deem being so amazing. Mom has Medicare, they don't pay but 80% of cataract surgery. You know what? Dr Deem still did the surgery and they are taking care of the balance because Mom lives on social security. They also provided her the eye drops needed for surgery. The drops a... read more
