The office itself seems clean and sanitary however that staffing needs a cleaner flow when dealing directly with patient, too many contradictory directions that causes confusion , with appointments, scheduling and documentation. I gave the office forms to have filled out in April, they still have not been completed after 3 office visits…

Had a very thorough eye exam today, front desk very friendly along with staff. Very clean and lots of parking.
It takes long to get checked out here, being that they are students which is understandable. I spent 3.5 hours during a visit which is wild, they also have hidden cost, they’ll tell you the cost of something. Then when you go to pay, it’s actually more! The glasses shop, the representatives there are unprofessional.
