Pleasant experience. Yes, parking is the "luck of the draw," as it is in all hospital parking lots; however, there are patient drop-off points in front of all entrances and shuttle carts are numerous to transport patients to and from the parking lots.
This place is so poorly laid out. I'm not elderly, but many of the people who come here are. The parking is atrocious. Nothing is close to the building. When you get inside, you have to navigate through the building to locate the elevator. Stop focusing on appearance and start focusing on being more patient friendly. I hope I never have to come back here.

Dr. Jennifer Murray and her staff are super. Can't wait to get my left cataract removed. One day surgery and doing great... Was easy peezy... Thank you all so much.
The staff and Dr. Mclaughlin were great. They made me feel like they truly were concerned about my sight. I never have had the compassion and care of such wonderful staff before a surgery. The anesthesiologist was awesome as well. He was there to do his job, but not doubt that he was all about how you were feeling and trying to make you comfortable as can be. I would recommend them highly.
Was really nervous but the staff there is wonderful recommend to anyone!!! Love me some them!!
The Dr. I saw was great and very professional. Appointment was right on time.They also have a cart that drives around and brings patients to and from their cars so they done have to walk!
