Recommendedthe staff and nurses are excellent with bedside manner and care. clerical need to be a little better on getting everything authorized before date of surgery.

Had an appointment as a new patient on 2/8/18 and regretting listening to my friends for this referral. The technician couldn’t get a good read on my left eye. Told the doctor. Doctor came in, introduced herself, filled out my prescription card, and that was it. Come to find out my prescription was off. Went back the same day with my old glasses and was told “we will call you Friday or Monday”. Here it is a week later and two messages for the doctor later and still nothing. Seriously.
