Besides the BS w/ my insurance approval, which the front desk work tediously to get everything approved! Awesome front desk personnel! The nurse for Dr. Suelflow, Sue, was so awesome, comforting & funny. She was great! I had a torn & completely detached retina the Dr I was supposed to see was going out of town. I was so happy to get Jerry Suelflow, MD, he was wonderful. He didn’t talk much but his tone of voice was so soothing & if I had a question he would answer it. Dr. Stillman did an amazing job on my eyelid surgery. Then the support staff was amazing with helping me with insurance issues that finally, after nearly a year, were resolved.
Not good news had to vent all little sorry doctor
My doctor is the greatest!!!
