My appointment was canceled after I had been waiting for months, simply because the doctor does not see children for eyeglass prescriptions. This should have been communicated when I first scheduled the appointment, not after months of waiting. Extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially when trying to get proper eye care for a child. Terrible experience.
