0 stars if I could. Sign at reception warns appointments can take 2-3 hrs WHATS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT? my father is blind do to glaucoma and they do not help anybody to their seats. Impossible for me to drop him off so I wait with him for whole appointment. Specialist comes in for the last 5 mins of 3hr visit and always “sorry for the wait we had a meeting” Feels like they just care about having clients but not serving clients. The wait times are horrible. They scheduled my mom for 1:50 p.m. We checked in at 1:30 p.m. and it's 3:00 p.m. and they still haven't seen her. She just made a checkup appointment. We don't know why they're taking so long.
The scheduling assistance is horrible. A 2 and 1/2 hr wait is uncalled for if you know how to schedule appointments. Dr Shelton has no personality or regard to the long wait time. Had surgery last week to remove a chalazion and she was not.gentle at all. It hurt.getting the numbing shots and removal ,bad thing is unless it's still healing, she didn't get it all. Ugh.
