Good staff, but trouble after being bought by Eye Health Northwest – I've been a customer of North Portland Optical for a couple of years now. I like the staff and have had good service in the past. This year, when I went to get some new frames and lenses, I ran into a bunch of trouble. First, I was told I needed an eye exam even though my Rx was still valid.
