I went to the south Knoxville Eye Group to look for frames. I am a very petite lady, and it’s very difficult to find frames that fit me, and look good. Kristy was extremely helpful in pulling out frames for me to try on, offering suggestions as to what looked good, and took a pic for me. I found frames I liked, and her help was greatly appreciated!
RecommendedThe customer service was great! The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. I wanted a certain style of glasses that weren't on display and the Technician went in the back and brought out (3) trays of frames and I found my perfect frames! Dr. Cross was so nice and very professional and the eye tech Michaye was friendly and professional as well. I'll definitely be going back!❤
