Fantastic shop. The optician is clearly excellent, did eye exam and then got awesome help picking out glasses. Excellent customer service, will def. be back. UPDATE: Cannot believe it’s been 6 years since I wrote this review. The glasses I got (Moskot and a brand made in Venice Beach) are still in perfect condition, and people still admire them all the time. The gentleman that helped my wife at Eye Geeks exceeded our expectations in customer service to make sure we were satisfied with the pair of glasses she found. After returning to try on the first pair of glasses, she found that the lens had too much distortion. So without any hesitation, he offered to provide another set of frames and order special lenses that have less distortion, without any additional charge. I absolutely love Eye Geeks! I’ve worn contacts / glasses for majority of my life and I wish every experience was like the one I have every time I visit Eye Geeks. The staff and doctor are exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable and most importantly, cared for. They answer all of my questions, my fittings and prescriptions are always accurate. I’ll be a patient here for as long I can. Thank you Eye Geeks!
Dr. Diep and Lobsang are a first class act. I’ve been a patient for several rounds of glasses and contacts and they are both so thoughtful and a well oiled machine in doing the best possible to compensate for my aging eyes haha. They also introduced me to Moscot frames that get me compliments everywhere I go. Super grateful for Eye Geeks. Highly recommend.
