The appointments are never correct. If the equipment is down they let you arrive for appointment and then tell you it’s been canceled. They don’t tell you when they are running more than an hour late.

I DO NOT Recommend this office stay away!!! My appointment was for 940am did not see the doctor till 1240pm, was prescribed a medicine for my eye and they did not send it to the pharmacy, I called so they can send it to the pharmacy at 230 did not receive a phone call till 5pm that they were closed and can’t go and get the files, so I asked the nurse that is in charge for the weekend to call the doctor she refused, so there is no access to anyone especially on the weekends Dr Cartwright and the office manager”” needs to get ... read more

The staff is friendly and extremely efficient and helpful. Dr. Cartwright is very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable in explaining diagnosis and procedures. Worth the wait.
Dr. Cartwright is worth waiting for. The staff is friendly and extremely efficient and helpful but it his skill and consideration that is the primary reason for being there. He is caring and takes time to communicate without rushing.
3 minutes ago First time coming to this office today. This place is so unorganized. I come an hour away and the lady at the desk tell me that thry have been trying to get a hold me me for two weeks. Not once have they left me a voicemail. Then on top of that, the girl mentions I'll let my manager know. Does now show any concern for new patient. Then tells me that the eye doc is new and still does not take my son's insurance and still working on getting approved for his insurance. I scheduled my son appointment two months ago... read more
