For previous care received I would recommend, but today's visit was a disaster. 1st the parking lot and waiting room were packed, people standing all over. Its still a covid situation yet they are obviously overlooking. My appt was at 845, just saw the doc over an hr later after waiting in a room for 20 minutes with nothing. The assistant they had seemed clueless to his job and now they are questioning my coverage for exams even though this appt was made over a month ago and I've been here before. I can’t believe that their office at Orange Ave has no protocol for Covid19. When I came this morning for my appointment at 8:45am . The office had more than 10 patients and staff some with protection other without. I had other doctors appointments and they have follow up the CDC guidance for Covid19.. I told the medical staff I will Be waiting in my car to please call me when they needed me or when the doctor is ready to see me since I was not going to sear in a crowded waiting room.
