I have had multiple excellent experiences here. I got my first pair of progressive lenses and they weren’t working for me. The folks working there when I first chose my frames were super helpful and kind- Taylor and Sarah I believe. When I came back in with problems, they were great at troubleshooting and assured me we would get it sorted out. I had a great experience at this optical. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to understand what I needed, helped me choose the right frames, and made sure everything fit perfectly. The service was excellent, and I’m very happy with my glasses.
