a bunch of lazy and incompetent people working here. go here at your own risk. plenty of other eye doctors to visit that are considerate and actually use common sense. i hope these people are never in charge of anything serious or life altering. many people lose their lives daily just over the negligence and incompetence of a lazy worker who doesn’t want to do their job. it’s sad and scary. beware and choose any other location because these workers at 19th and chestnut lack accountability, self-awareness and responsibility.
Visiting Philly for a conference and forgot my contact lenses. I stopped here not sure what I could do, they were very helpful and provided me with contacts. They were a life saver! Thank you again!
Horrible, absolutely horrible. They are reluctant to give you your prescription. They hold you hostage with it. Because they want you to buy expensive glasses from them. They did not include pupilary distance in my prescription which is needed for ordering glassess in general. When i called them they refused . Absolutely need to be shut down.
